Prayer for the Arts

‘An Evening of Prayer and Worship over the Arts’ will begin at 6pm on Friday, August 14 and feature dedicated prayers over Brevard county artists of all genres. A few of the topics that will be prayed over will be 1) teachers/students/directors and the unique influences these have in our lives; 2) the proclamation and reception of the gospel using the arts as a vehicle; 3) prayer for unity among us (the artist-believer), just to list a few of the invocations. As part of our time together you will also have the opportunity to receive personal prayer from one of our prayer partners. Acoustic worship moments will be placed throughout the event, keeping an attitude of worship and joy, giving us an opportunity to praise the God who hears the answers our prayers.
The goal of the event is for the artist to leave feeling encouraged, unified, and interceeded for. No matter what season you are in right now, we want you feel the emense presence of God go with as you head back into your daily lives. As the scripture says, “He has brought me to his banqueting place, And his banner over me is love [waving overhead to protect and comfort me].” Song of Solomon 2:4 (AMP)
